He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dore Holdings Limited until October 19, 2013. He has wealth of management and technical expertise in the petrochemical, real estate, high-tech and biomedical (Gene Therapy, Cell Therapy and Stem Cell Therapy) industries. Additionally, Mr. Yeung has over 10 years of investment management experience. He has been the Chairman of the Board at Dore Holdings Limited since October 28, 2010. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Shenzhen Resources Investment & Development Co., Ltd. He has been an Executive Director of Dore Holdings Limited since October 28, 2010. He has been a Director of GenPhar, Incorporated since 2004. He has over 6 years of experience in the management of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the PRC and has much knowledge of biopharmaceutical product development and investment administration. He served as an Executive Director of China Windpower Group Limited from December 6, 2006 to October 2007. Mr. Yeung graduated from the Tsinghua University in the PRC and Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Tsinghua University in 1987.
